Scope of Works:
The Rockefeller at Harbour Place, on the Cape Town foreshore, is a mixed-use building comprising 19 floors of New York style apartments/hotel rooms. Additional amenities include a restaurant/bar at ground level, conference room facilities on the second floor, a gym, a rooftop pool and a plant room above this with a steel roof over.
The multi-layered and multi-material pixelated façade on this building will be unique to the Cape Town sky-line.
