Scope of Works:
Twenty one storey mixed use development comprising four underground parking decks with seventeen levels above ground, serviced by six 1,000kg elevators. The development comprises seven levels of apartments, a roof top bar, restaurant, gym and swimming pool.
The Mirage was awarded a 4Star GreenStar SA-Multi Unit Residential Design V1 in 2017.
